We contact you (based on recommendations, for example) to notify you of vacancies that may be of interest


You contact us (in connection with one of our job adverts, for instance).

We come to a swift assessment of whether your profile could match the job specifications.

You are invited to a meeting with the consultant for the assignment, in order to get to know you personally. We tell you the name of our client and give you all the other relevant information.

Everything is treated in absolute confidence! After taking time to make up your mind, you tell us if you are interested in taking the matter further. We only pass your profile on to our client when you have given us the go-ahead!

If you do not want to pursue the opportunity any further, no one will learn of our contact.
If you wish, we will notify you of suitable vacancies that may arise in future.

If following the personal meeting our consultant also feels that your profile matches the position, we will report to our client about the meeting.

The next step is a personal interview with our client, at which the consultant is also present.

If both sides come away with a positive impression, there will be additional interview rounds. Of course we are there to advise you during the remainder of the process as well.

If both parties agree, you will sign an employment contract with our client directly. We are available to answer any questions you may have during the trial period and thereafter.
